(d. 552). A general of the Northern Wei 北魏, the Eastern Wei 東魏, and the Liang 梁 during the Northern and Southern Dynasties period. A native of Huaishuo Garrison 懷朔鎭. He first served Gao Huan 高歡 who controlled the Eastern Wei. After Gao Huan's death, he surrendered to the Liang 梁 dynasty. Hou Junji(侯君集, ?-643), hailing from Bin prefecture(豳州), was a major general and chancellor of the Tang Dynasty. He was particularly known for his campaigns against Gaochang(高昌) and Tuyuhun(吐谷渾).
