WZhang Zhengyi(張正一, ?-?) was an official in the reign of the Emperor Dezong(德宗) of the Tang Dynasty(唐朝). When Wang Shuwen(王叔文) and his associates gave a party for the Crown Prince, who would become Emperor Shunzong(順宗), Zhang Zhengyi criticized them.
