(d. 116 BCE). A high-ranking official during the reign of Emperor Wu of Han 漢武帝. Traditionally, he had been classed with oppressive officials 酷吏.

Zhang Wanfu 張萬福 장만복
(장완푸)
Zhang Wanfu(張萬福) was a general of the Tang Dynasty. Born in Wei Prefecture(魏州), he started his military career at the age of 17. He was reputed to be a man of integrity. He was one of 33 meritorious officials of Tang whose portraits were on display at Lingyange(凌烟閣) by virtue of his distinguished military service. He died at the age of 90 in 805. 장만복(張萬福)
