Li Yangbing(李陽氷) was an official of the Tang Dynasty. He was a close relative of Li Bai(李白), one of the prominent poets of the Tang Dynasty. Li Yifu(李義府, 614-666) was an official of the Tang Dynasty. He was a dictatorial chancellor in the reign of the Emperor Gaozong(高宗). When Gaozong tried to install Wu Zetian(則天武后) as the Empress(皇后) regardless of objections from many officials, he stood on the side of Wu Zetian. He was regarded as a treacherous minister by many people. People called him “Li Mao(李貓)”, because he looked mild, but had cold heart. Later he was exiled on the charge of bribery.
