(c. 280-208 BCE). A prominent Legalist thinker and chancellor 丞相 of the Qin 秦 dynasty during the reigns of the First and Second Emperors. 사(Si 斯)
Li Sixiao 李思孝 이사효
(리쓰샤오)
A censor 御史 of the Ming dynasty. In 1596, he sent a message to the Korean court asking why the Japanese had not retreated after Toyotomi Hideyosi 豊臣秀吉 had been enfeoffed as the King of Japan. 이사효(李思孝)
Li Su 李愬 이소
(리쑤)
Li Su(李愬, 773–821) was a general of the Tang Dynasty. He was a son of Li Sheng(李晟), a major general during the reign of Emperor Dezong(德宗). On account of his father's accomplishments, he started his official career from the position of Xielü Lang(協律郞). He was renowned for his surprise attack on Cai Prefecture(蔡州) and the capture of the warlord Wu Yuanji(吳元濟). 이소(李愬), 소(愬), 원직(元直)
Li Suli 李素立 이소립
(리쑤리)
Li Suli(李素立) was an official of the Tang Dynasty who served Emperor Gaozu(高祖), Emperor Taizong(太宗) and Emperor Xuanzong(玄宗). In the early Wude era(武德), he was appointed inspecting censor(監察御使). When Emperor Gaozu was about to put someone who had committed a minor crime to death, he advised the emperor to temper justice with mercy. 이소립(李素立)

Li Tao 李燾 이도
(리타오)
Li Tao(李燾,1115~1184) was an official and historian of the Song Dynasty. He earned the jinshi degree in 1138 and reached the position of Vice Minister of the Ministry of Rites(禮部侍郞). He was posthumously honored as Wenjian(文簡). 이도(李燾), 인보(仁甫), 손엄(巽巖)
Li Te 李特 이특
(리터)
(d. 303). The father of Li Xiong 李雄 who founded the Ba-Di 巴氐 state Cheng Han 成漢 during the Sixteen Kingdoms period 十六國時代. During the reign of Emperor Hui of the Jin 晉惠帝, he emigrated to Shu 蜀 with his tribesmen and later rebelled against the Jin. 이특(李特)
Li Tiancai 李天材 이천재
(리톈차이)
A Ming subject. In 1532 his ship was sunk in Korean waters. He was drowned, but some of his colleagues were rescued by Koreans. 이천재(李天材)
Li Tianchang 李天常 이천상
(리톈창)
A naval brigade general 水兵遊擊. He came to Korea during the Imjin War (aka Hideyoshi's Invasion). He collected money from people, causing corruption scandals. He also forced people to openly praise his false merits. 이유격(李遊擊), 이천상(李天常), 천상(天常)
