Xu Ji 徐積 서적
(쉬지)
Xu Ji(徐積, 1028~1103) was an official and educator of the Song Dynasty. He studied under Hu Yuan(胡瑗) and earned the academic degree of Jinshi(進士) in 1067. He was renowned for his filial affection. He made comments on the Book of Odes(詩經), Book of Rites(禮記) and Spring and Autumn Annals(春秋). 서적(徐積), 중거(仲車), 효절처사(節孝處士)
Xu Jie 徐階 서계
(쉬졔)
(1494-1574). A native of Songjiang 松江, the Southern Metropolitan Area 南直隸. He won a jinshi degree in 1523. In 1563 he was appointed Senior Grand Secretary (內閣首輔). Settling the politcal caused by Yan Song 嚴嵩, he won reputation as a capable prime minister.
Xu Jing 許靖 허정
(쉬징)
(d. 222). An official of the Shu Han 蜀漢 during the Three Kingdoms period and a native of Runan Commandery 汝南郡. He was the cousin of Xu Shao 許劭, a famous commentator during the Eastern Han period. 정(Jing 靖), 문휴(Wenxiu 文休)
Xu Jingzong 許敬宗 허경종
(쉬징쭝)
Xu Jingzong(許敬宗, 592-672) was an official of the Tang Dynasty, who served Emperor Gaozong(高宗) as chancellor. During the reign of Emperor Gaozong, allied with Emperor Gaozong's wife Empress Wu(武后), he was exceedingly powerful. He was posthumously honored as Miu(繆), later changed to Gong(恭). 허경종(許敬宗), 연족(延族)

(464-532). A renowned Confucian classicist during the Northern and Southern Dynasties period.
Xu Miao 徐邈 서막
(쉬먀오)
(344-397). An official of the Eastern Jin. After the Yongjia rebellion 永嘉之亂, his family fled to the Southern region. He was appointed to the secretariat drafter 中書舍人 on Xie An's 謝安 recommendation. He was later promoted to Cavalier Attendant-in-Ordinary 散騎常侍.
Xu Mu 徐穆 서목
(쉬무)
(1467-1511 CE). A jinshi of 1493; later became Hanlin Academician Reader-in-Waiting (翰林侍讀); participate in compiling Lidai tongjian zuanyao 歷代通鑑纂要 and Ming Xiaozong Shilu 明孝宗實錄; dispatched to Joseon as senior envoy (正使) in 1506; was posthumously honored as Minister 尙書 of the Ministry of Rites 禮部.
Xu Pu 徐傅[徐溥] 서부
(쉬푸)
(1428-1499). A native of Yixing 宜興; a jinshi of 1454. After serving as Vice Minister of the Left 左侍郞 of the Ministry of Rites 禮部 from 1481 to 1487, he was appointed as Senior Grand Secretary 內閣首輔 in the fifth year (1492) of the Hongzhi 弘治 era. Serving four emperors, he was called the "Grand Academician of the Four Courts" 四朝大學士.

A county magistrate (知縣) in Liaodong (遼東) during the Jiajing era (1522-1566) of the Ming.
Xu Qian 許謙 허겸
(쉬첸)
Xu Qian(許謙, 1270~1337) was a scholar of the Yuan Dynasty(元). He studied under Jin Lixiang(金履祥) and had a profound knowledge of the Four Books(四書). 허(許), 허겸(許謙), 익지(益之), 백운산인(白雲山人)
