Xie Yikui 謝一夔 사일기
(셰이쿠이)
(1425-1487 CE). A native of Nanchang (南昌), Jiangxi (江西). A bureaucrat and scholar during the Ming Dynasty. After winning the first place in the imperial civil service examination in 1460, he was later promoted to Minister of Works (工部尙書).
Xie Yongzi 謝用榟 사용재
(셰융쯔)
One of the commanders (指揮) dispatched to Joseon during the Imjin War(or Hideyoshi's Invasion). He was sent to the Japanese camp for peace negotiations in 1593.

Xie Zhichao 葉志超 섭지초
(셰즈차오)
(?-1901年). A General during the reign of Emperor Guangxu (光緖帝) of the Qing Dynasty who was dispatched to Joseon during Chinese-Japanese war. 섭지초(葉志超)

Ximen Bao 西門豹 서문표
(시먼바오)
A meritorious local governor (shou 守) and court advisor to Lord Wen of Wei 魏文侯 in the Warring States period. He is best known for constructing a canal irrigation system in the Henei 河內 region.
Xin Pi 辛毗 신비

A politician under Cao Wei during the Three Kingdoms period. Xin Pi originally served the warlord Yuan Shao. After Yuan Shao's defeat, Pi switched allegiance to Cao Cao. 비(Pi 毗), 좌치(Zuozhi 佐治)

A grand scribe 太史 of King Ping of Zhou 周平王. When the king moved the capital to Luoyi 洛邑, he is said to have predicted that Yichuan 伊川 would become the land of the Rong 戎 tribes within one hundred years.

(신위안핑)
(d. 163 BCE). A native of Zhao 趙. He deceived Emperor Wen of Han 漢文帝 into establishing the temple for Five Powers 五帝 at Weiyang 渭陽. 평(Ping 平)
