Xie Liangzuo(謝良佐, 1050 ~ 1103) was a Neo-Confucian scholar of the Song Dynasty. He studied under Cheng Yi(程頤) and Cheng Hao(程顥) and was one of the four disciples of the Chen Brothers(程門四先生), with You Zuo(游酢), Lü Dalin(呂大臨) and Yang Shi(楊時).
