Qin Weibo 秦愈伯[秦惟伯] 진유백
(친웨이보)
Qin Weibo(秦惟伯, 1296~1373) was an official of the Yuan Dynasty. He was the descendant of Qin Guan(秦觀), the renowned poet of the Southern Song. In 1344, he earned the jinshi degree. In the later period of the Yuan Dynasty, he resigned from his offices and retired to his hometown. After the foundation of the Ming dynasty, he was called to serve the Ming court and appointed Attendant Censor(侍御史). 진유백(秦愈伯), 유경(惟鏡), 용경(蓉卿)
Qin Xiao Gong 秦孝公 진효공
(친샤오궁)
(r. 362–338 BC). A ruler of the Qin State during the Warring States period. Pursuing political, military, and economic reforms by employing Shang Yang 商鞅, the legalist statesman, he succeeded in transforming the state into a superpower among the seven states of the period. 효공(孝公)
Qin Xiba 秦西巴 진서파
(친시바)
According to an account in the Han Feizi 韓非子, Qin Xiba, feeling pity for a mother deer, released a fawn which his master Mengsun 孟孫 had captured. He was fired for this, but was hired again as a tutor of Mengsun' children two month later. 서파(Xiba 西巴)

One of the disciples of Confucius. A native of the state of Wey 衛 in the Spring and Autumn period. 양평후(Yangping Hou 陽平侯)
Qin Zhaoxiang Wang 秦昭襄王 진소양왕
(친자오샹왕)
(324-251 BCE; r. 306-251 BCE). King Zhaoxiang of Qin. A ruler of the state of Qin 秦 in the Warring States period. During his reign, general Bo Qi 白起 won a decisive victory against the state of Zhao 趙 in the epic Battle of Changping 長平 in 260 BCE. 소(Zhao 昭)
