Ma Jianzhong(馬建忠, 1845 ~ 1900) was an official and scholar during the Qing Dynasty. He went to France in 1876 to study international law, and in 1879 he obtained a law degree. After his return to China in 1880, he became Li Hongzhang(李鴻章)'s staff officer.
