Lü Benzhong(呂本中, 1084~1145) was an official and Confucian scholar of the Southern Song Dynasty. He was a son of Lü Haowen(呂好問) and earned the jinshi degree(進士) in 1136. He was impeached and discharged from office due to discord with Qin Hui(秦檜).
