Zhang Yaozuo 張堯佐 장요좌
(장야오쭤)
Zhang Yaozuo(張堯佐) was an official and imperial affine during the reign of Emperor Renzong(仁宗). He was an uncle of Zhang Guifei(張貴妃), who was favored by the emperor and later posthumously installed as Empress Wencheng(溫成皇后). Emperor Renzong favored her so much that he attempted to promote her uncle Zhang Yaozuo(張堯佐) to a higher position; however, he had to abandon the plan because of opposition from Bao Zheng(包拯). 요좌(堯佐), 장요좌(張堯佐), 희원(希元)
Zhang Yi 張倚 장의

Zhang Yi(張倚, ?-?), was an official in the reign of the Emperor Xuanzong(玄宗) of the Tang Dynasty(唐朝). Because Xuanzong trusted him, Miao Jinqing(苗晉卿), a supervisor of civil examinations, helped his son Zhang Shi(張奭), pass the exam with the highest score. When the emperor was informed of this fact, the successful applicants had to retake the exam in the Emperor’s presence. Actually Zhang Shi had little learning, so he could not write anything on the answer paper. The Emperor was furious, demoting the examiners including Miao. Zhang Yi was also demoted. 장의(張倚)

A head of a thousand households 千戶. While he was patrolling the Shandong 山東 and Liaodong 遼東 waters in 1409, he encountered a storm. He drifted to Chungcheong 忠淸 Province. The Joseon court sent him back to Liaodong. 장의(張義)

Zhang Yi(張繹, ?~1108) was a Confucian scholar of the Song Dynasty. In his early years he could not afford to study since he came from humble family. In the early reign of Emperor Huizong(徽宗), he visited and studied under Cheng Yi(程頤). 사숙(思叔), 장역(張繹)
