Akedun(1685~1756) was a member of the Manchu Plain Blue Banner. He earned the presented scholar degree and became a historiographer in the 48th year of the Kangxi era. In the Yongcheng era, he served as acting Viceroy of Liangguang and the military governor of Guangzhou.
