Yuchi Jingde(尉遲敬德, 585–658) was a general of the Tang Dynasty. In the reign of Emperor Taizong(太宗), he enjoyed the honor of being one of 24 meritorious retainers whose portraits were on display at the Lingyan Hall(凌烟閣) by virtue of his distinguished service in war. 경덕(敬德), 위지경덕(尉遲敬德), 울지공(尉遲恭)

Yue Fei 岳飛 악비

Yue Fei(岳飛, 1103~1142) was a military general of the Southern Song dynasty who came from a humble family. He made a great contribution to defeating the Jin(金) forces. However, his attempt to push north and recapture all of the lost territory was opposed by the Grand Councilor Qin Hui(秦檜), and eventually he was imprisoned and executed by Qin Hui. He was granted the posthumous name of Wumu(武穆) by Emperor Xiaozong(孝宗) in 1169. Being a native of the state of Zhongshan 中山, he became a general of the state of Wei 魏. Yue Yi 樂毅, a famous general of the state of Yan 燕, was his descendant.

A renowned general of the state of Yan 燕 during the Warring States period. By the order of King Zhao of Yan 燕昭王, he led the allied forces of Zhao 趙, Wei 魏, Chu 楚 and Han 韓, and greatly defeated the Qi 齊 army in 284 BCE. 의(Yi 毅)

Yuwen Shiji(宇文士及, ?-642) was a son of Yuwen Shu(宇文述), a general of the Sui Dynasty(隋). After his half brother, Yuwen Huaji(宇文化及) killed Emperor Yang(煬帝), he was installed as King Shu(蜀王). However, he surrendered to Tang, and later he was promoted to chancellor in the reign of Emperor Taizong(太宗). Emperor Taizong trusted him deeply. 공(恭), 사급(士及), 우문사급(宇文士及), 종(縱)
