Lu Qi(盧杞, ?-785) was an official of the Tang Dynasty. He served as Chancellor under Emperor Dezong(德宗). He was known to be tricky and wicked, and jealous of wise and talented officials. He brought false charges against Yang Yan(楊炎), Yan Zhenqing(顏真卿), Zhang Yi(張鎰) among others. Allegedly, he triggered the rebellion of Zhu Ci(朱泚) and Li Huaiguang(李懷光) which weakened the Tang Dynasty greatly. He was impeached by Li Huaiguang and demoted. | 기(杞), 노(盧), 노기(盧杞), 자량(子良) |

(172–217). A politician, militarist and diplomat serving under the warlord Sun Quan 孫權 during the late Eastern Han period. A native of Linhuai Commandery 臨淮郡. While serving as the Vice Minister 侍郞 of the Ministry of War 兵部, he suppressed the Rebellion of Liu Liu 劉六 and Liu Qi 劉七 and was promoted to Minister 尙書 of the ministry. He was acquainted with the Prince of Rong 英王 and when the prince initiated a rebellion, Lu was sentenced to death. However, due to his earlier contributions to the court, his life was spared and he was exiled to Fujian 福建 where he eventually died. | 육완(陸完) |
