(1530-1600). A native of Weizhou 蔚州 and jinshi of 1556. He served as a censor. He patrolled the metropolitan area. Later he became vice censor-in-chief 右僉都御史 and supervised Liaodong 遼東. (c. 195-249). A politician and scholar of the Cao Wei 曹魏 during the Three Kingdoms period. The grandson of the Eastern Han 東漢 general He Jin 何進. Since his mother was taken a concubine of Cao Cao, Cao Cao adopted and raised him with the royal family of the state.
