Meng Ming 孟明 맹명
(멍밍)
A son of prominent prime minister Baili Xi 百里奚 in the state of Qin 秦 during the Spring and Autumn period. He was taken prisoner by the Jin army on his way back from an expedition against the state of Zheng 鄭. Later he was released and returned home. 맹명시(Meng Ming Shi 孟明視)

(멍런쭝)
(1378-1425 CE; r. 1424-1425 CE). The fourth emperor of the Ming Dynasty and the eldest son of Emperor Chengzu (成祖) (Yongle emperor). Personal name Zhu Gaochi (朱高熾), reign era name Hongxi (洪熙). Meng Shan 孟善 맹선
(멍산)
(d. 1412 CE). A former Yuan official who surrendered to the Ming. He was appointed Marquis of Baoding (保定侯) for his services to Zhu Di (朱棣), Emperor Yongle (永樂), during the so-called Jingnan Rebellion (靖難之變). 보정후(保定侯)

(d. 210 BCE). A military commander of Qin 秦 who is renowned for the defeat of Xiongnu 匈奴 and the construction of the Great Wall. He assisted Prince Fu Su 扶蘇 who was exiled to the northern border area.

The tenth head of the powerful ministerial lineage of Mengsun 孟孫 in the state of Lu 魯. According to the Analects 論語, he asked Confucius about filial piety. 맹무자(Meng Wu Zi 孟武子)

(d. 518 BCE). The eighth head of the powerful ministerial lineage of Mengsun 孟孫 in the state of Lu 魯. The father of Meng Yi Zi 孟懿子 and Nangong Jingshu 南宮敬叔.

A judge (推官) who was dispatched to Korea with an imperial rescript of the Ming in 1623; appears as Meng Tuiguan 孟推官, or 孟良性 in the Sillok 맹추관(孟推官), 맹량성(孟良性)

(멍이쯔)
(d. 481 BCE). The ninth head of the Mengsun 孟孫 lineage in the state of Lu 魯 in the Spring and Autumn period. He was an elder brother of Nangong Jingshu 南宮敬叔. 중손하기(Zhongsun Heji 仲孫何忌)
