He visited Korea during the period of King Sejo 世祖 and King Seongjong 成宗 as a member of the Ming envoy's staff. He was a son of Zheng Shan 鄭善, a meritorious Korean eunuch in the Ming court. 정해(鄭海)
Zheng Hong 鄭洪[鄭弘] 정홍
(정훙)
(?-86 CE). A native of Shanyin 山陰, Kuaiji 會稽. A descendant of Zheng Ji 鄭吉, protector-general of the Western Regions (西域都護) during the reign of Emperor Xuan of the Western Han. He served in the high-ranking official posts including the director of the imperial secretariat (尙書令) and the defender-in-chief (太尉) during the reign of Emperor Zhang of the Eastern Han. His rainmaking episode appears in Cefu Yuangui 冊府元龜 vol.681.

Zheng Jing 鄭經 정경
(정징)
Also called as Zheng Jin(鄭錦), a 17th-century Ming Dynasty loyalist who resisted the Qing dynasty. He was the eldest son of Zheng Chenggong(鄭成功) and the grandson of the pirate-merchant Zheng Zhilong(鄭芝龍). 경(經), 정경(鄭經)
