Zheng Qingzhi(鄭淸之, 1176-1251) was an official of the Southern Song Dynasty. After earning the jinshi (進士) degree, he became Instructor of Xia Prefecture(峽州教授). In 1224 Emperor Ningzong installed his adopted son, Zhao Hong(趙竑), as the Heir Apparent, but after Emperor Ningzong's death, Zheng Qingzhi collaborated with Shi Miyuan(史彌遠) and enthroned Zhao Yun(趙昀) by forging the emperor's will.
