One of the disciples of Confucius. A native of the state of Lu 魯 in the Spring and Autumn period. 림려후(Linlü Hou 林慮候), 적흑(Di Hei 狄黑)
Di Qing 狄靑 적청
(디칭)
Di Qing(狄靑, 1008–1057) was a military general of the Northern Song Dynasty. When he participated in wars against Western Xia(西夏), he wore a bronze mask. Yin Zhu(尹洙) recommended him to Han Qi(韓琦) and Fan Zhongyan(范仲淹). Fan Zhongyan advised him to read Zuo’s Commentary on Spring and Autumn(左傳). Di Qing eventually became a well-versed military strategist. 적청(狄靑), 청(靑), 한신(漢臣)
Di Renjie 狄仁傑 적인걸
(디런졔)
Di Renjie(狄仁傑, 630-700) was an official of the Tang Dynasty and Wu Zetian(武則天)'s Zhou Dynasty(周). He was one of the most illustrious officials of Wu Zetian's reign who served as chancellor twice. He was born in Taiyuan(太原), Bing Prefecture(幷州). In 693, he was falsely accused by Wu Chengsi(武承嗣) and Lai Junchen(來俊臣) and exiled to Pengze(彭澤). In 695, however, when Khitan(契丹) invaded Ji prefecture(冀州), he was appointed prefect of Wei Prefecture(魏州刺史) and then soon became chancellor again. During the late reign of Wu Zetian, he recommeded many capable officials including Zhang Jianzhi(張柬之), Yao Yuanchong(姚元崇), Huan Yanfan(桓彥範), and Jing Hui(敬暉) who made contributions to restore the Tang Dynasty. Di Shun 帝舜 제순
(디순)
Emperor Shun. One of the mythical examplary rulers of ancient China, who is often associated with his predecessor, Yao 堯. Famous for filial piety to his wicked blind father Gu Sou 瞽瞍, who repeatedly schemed to murder Shun in favor of Xiang 象, Shun's stepbrother. 대순(Da Shun 大舜), 순(Shun 舜), 우(Yu 虞), 우순(Yu Shun 虞舜), 우순씨(Yu Shun Shi 虞舜氏), 우제(Yu Di 虞帝), 우제묘(Yu Di Miao 虞帝廟), 유우씨(You Yu Shi 有虞氏), 중화(Zhong Hua 重華)
Di Yao 帝堯 제요
(디야오)
Emperor Yao. One of the most famous sage-kings in Chinese mythology, who is often associated with his successor Shun 舜. A king of the Shang dynasty. He was the father of Di Xin 帝辛, the last Shang king. He is said to have defeated hostile "barbarians" such as Renfang 人方.

(띠이)
(324-386). An emperor of the Eastern Jin 東晉 dynasty. The son of Emperor Cheng 成帝 and the younger brother of Emperor Ai 哀帝. After he was dethroned by Huan Wen 桓溫, he was degraded to Prince of Donghai 東海王 and later Duke of Haixi 海西公. 사마혁(Sima Yi 司馬奕), 폐제(Fei Di 廢帝)

Diao Xie 刀協[刁協] 도협[조협]
(댜오셰)
(d. 322). An official of the Jin dynasty 晉. Emperor Yuan 元帝 appointed him to an important post in an attempt to secure the Sima family's 司馬氏's position against the Wang family of Langya 琅琊王氏. But this initiated the rebellion of Wang Dun 王敦, and Diao Xie was murdered at that time. 현량(Xuanliang 玄亮)
