Sima Shi 司馬師 사마사
(쓰마스)
(208–255). A military general and politician of Cao Wei 曹魏 during the Three Kingdoms period. A son of Sima Yi 司馬懿 and, like his father, the de facto ruler of the state. When Sima Shi died, his brother Sima Zhao 司馬昭 inherited power. After his nephew Sima Yan 司馬炎 usurped the throne of Cao Wei, Sima Shi was posthumously honored as Emperor Jing of Jin 晉景帝 with the temple name Shizong 世宗. 자원(Ziyuan 子元)
Sima Xiangru 司馬相如 사마상여
(쓰마샹루)
(179-127 BCE). A great rhapsody 賦 writer during the reigns of Emperor Jing 景帝 and Emperor Wu 武帝 of Han. A native of the Shu 蜀 commandery. 상여(Xiangru 相如)
Sima Yi 司馬懿 사마의
(쓰마이)
(179-251). A general and politician of Cao Wei 曹魏 during the Three Kingdoms period. A native of Henei Commandery 河內郡. While serving for Cao Cao 曹操, Cao Pi 曹丕 and Cao Rui 曹叡, Sima Yi gained power in the course of defending the state from the expeditions of Zhuge Liang 諸葛亮. When the seven year old Emperor Cao Fang 曹芳 was enthroned in 239, he defeated his rival Cao Shuang 曹爽 and opened the era of Sima lineage. After the establishment of the Jin dynasty, he was posthumously honored as Emperor Xuan of the Jin 晉宣帝 with the temple name of Gaozu 高祖. 중달(Zhongda 仲達)
Sima You 司馬攸 사마유
(쓰마유)
(248-283). The second son of Emperor Wen 文帝, Sima Zhao 司馬昭 and the younger brother of Emperor Wu 武帝, Sima Yan 司馬炎. The father of the Prince of the Qi 齊王, Sima Jiong 司馬冏, who engaged in the Rebellions of the Eight Princes. 제왕(Qiwang 齊王)
Sima Yue 司馬越 사마월
(쓰마웨)
(d. 311). One of the imperial princes who had been engaged in the Rebellions of the Eight Princes 八王之亂 during the late Western Jin 西晉 period. He was the final victor who defeated his rivals and then seized control of the court. 동해왕(Donghaiwang 東海王)
Sima Zhao 司馬昭 사마소
(쓰마자오)
(211-265). A military general and the de facto ruler of Cao Wei 曹魏 during the Three Kingdoms period. A son of Sima Yi 司馬懿, the younger brother of Sima Shi 司馬師 and the father of Sima Yan 司馬炎 who usurped the throne of Cao Wei. In 263 Sima Zhao conqured the Shu Han 蜀漢. But he died two years later while preparing the campaign against the Dong Wu 東吳. After the establishment of the Jin 晉 dynasty, Sima Zhao was posthumously honored as Emperor Wen of the Jin 晉文帝 with the temple name of Taizu 太祖. 자상(Zishang 子尙), 진문제(Jinwendi 진문제)
Sima Zong 王宗[司馬宗] 왕종[사마종]
(쓰마쭝)
(d. 326). A member of the royal family of the Eastern Jin 東晋 dynasty. Emperor Ming 明帝 entrusted him to authorize control of the Imperial Guards 禁軍. But later he rebelled against the emperor and was assassinated by Yu Liang 庾亮. 남돈왕종(Nantun Wangzong 南頓王宗), 연조(Yanzuo 延祚)
