A eunuch during the Wanli era (1573-1620) of the Ming. Originally a ruffian with his own household, he became a eunch and rose to the position of Vice Director for Palace Delicacies (尚膳監監丞). 고태감(高太監)

Gao Jingong 高進功 고진공
(가오진궁)
A mobile corps commander (遊擊) under Commissioner-in-Chief (都督) Mao Wenlong (毛文龍) during the Chongzhen era (1628-1644) of the Ming. He urged the Joseon court to supply Mao's army with vessels in the twelfth year (1634) of King Injo 仁祖 of Joseon.
Gao Ju 高擧 고거
(가오쥐)
Official of Qing China. He served as an interpreter of Yichang Capital Prefecture in the 1st year of the Jiaqing era.
Gao Ke 高克 고극
(가오커)
A minister 大夫in the state of Zheng 鄭 during the Spring and Autumn period.
