Yan Zhao Wang 燕昭王 연소왕
(옌자오왕)
(d. 279 BCE). King Zhao of Yan. A king of Yan 燕 during the Warring States period. Yan Zhenqing 顔眞卿 안진경
(옌전칭)
Yan Zhenqing(顔眞卿, 709-785) was an official and prominent calligrapher of the Tang Dynasty(唐朝). His upright character brought him into conflict with powerful officials who had him demoted. In his later years, on the order of Emperor Dezong(德宗), he went to a rebel leader, the military governor of Huaixi Circuit(淮西節度使) Li Xilie(李希烈), to persuade him to surrender.
