Tutushengcui(吐突承璀, ?-820 was a politically powerful eunuch during the reign of Emperor Xianzong(憲宗) of the Tang Dynasty. In the early Yuanhe(元和) era, he was appointed Commissioner over the Left Shence Army(左神策軍護軍中尉). In 820, he conspired to install Li Yun(李惲), Prince Li(澧王), as the heir to the throne. Because of Emperor Xianzong's sudden death, however, his plan failed.
