Lu Tanai 盧他乃 노타내
(루타나이)
A native of Joseon. The Ming imperial commissioner (欽差內史) who was dispatched to Joseon in 1392.
Lu Tianheng 路天亨 노천형
(루톈헝)
A secretary (主事) of the Bureau of Receptions (主客司) under Ministry of Rites (禮部) during the Jiajing era (1522-1566) of the Ming.
Lu Tianxiang 魯天祥 노천상
(루톈샹)
A military official who died of disease in Joseon in 1594 during the Imjin War(or Hideyoshi's Invasion).
Lu Wan 陸完 육완
(루완)
(1458-1526). A native of Zhangzhou 長州 and jinshi of 1487. While serving as the Vice Minister 侍郞 of the Ministry of War 兵部, he suppressed the Rebellion of Liu Liu 劉六 and Liu Qi 劉七 and was promoted to Minister 尙書 of the ministry. He was acquainted with the Prince of Rong 英王 and when the prince initiated a rebellion, Lu was sentenced to death. However, due to his earlier contributions to the court, his life was spared and he was exiled to Fujian 福建 where he eventually died. 육완(陸完)
Lu Wan 盧綰 노관
(루완)
(256-194 BCE). King of Yan 燕王 during the reign of Han Gaozu 漢高祖 who took refuge in Xiongnu 匈奴.
Lu Weining 盧維寧 노유녕
(루웨이닝)
A palace eunuch of the Ming. He was dispatched to Korea in 1634 for the appointment of the Crown Prince of Joseon. In 1636 when Manchu army invaded Changping 昌平, he did not dare to fight againt it though he was in charge of military affairs. 로유녕(盧惟寧)
Lu Wenshu 路溫舒 노온서
(루원수)
An official who memorialized Emperor Xuan 宣帝 that the state should honor moral charisma (de 德) and mitigate punishment.
Lu Wentao 陸文韜 육문도
(루원타오)
A swindler who pretended to be a messenger of the Ministry of War 兵部. He presented a fake letter to the Joseon court and received gifts in 1596. 육문도(陸文韜), 문도(文韜)
Lu Xi Gong 魯僖公 노희공
(루시궁)
(r. 659-627 BCE). Duke Xi of Lu. The eighteenth ruler of the state of Lu 魯 during the Spring and Autumn period. He was a son of Duke Zhuang's concubine. He reigned for thirty three years. 희(Xi 僖), 희(Xi 禧), 희공(Xi Gong 僖公)
Lu Xiang Gong 魯襄公 노양공
(루샹궁)
(r. 572-542 BCE). Duke Xiang of Lu. The twenty-second ruler of the state of Lu 魯 during the Spring and Autumn period. He reigned for thirty one years. 양공襄公
