Xiao Xian 蕭銑之 소선지
(샤오셴)
Xiao Xian(蕭銑, 583-621) was a general of the Chen Dynasty(陳) and the Sui Dynasty(隋). He was a great-grandson of Emperor Xuan(宣帝) of the Liang Dynasty(梁). In 617, he rebelled against the Sui Dynasty(隋) and the next year he proclaimed himself emperor. In 621, he was defeated and captured by Li Yuan(李淵). He was sent to Chang'an(長安) and executed. 선지(銑之), 소선지(蕭銑之)

A jinshi of 1544; an imperial messenger (行人) of the Messenger Office (行人司) in 1545; was to be dispatched to Korea as an envoy in 1545, but when he became ill, Wang He (王鶴) substitued for him.

Xiao Yu(蕭瑀, 575-648) was an official during the Sui(隋) and the Tang (唐) Dynasties. He was the son of Emperor Ming(明帝) of the Southern Liang(梁). As his sister was the empress of Emperor Yang of the Sui(隋煬帝), he enjoyed the confidence of Emperor Yang. In 617, he surrendered to Li Yuan(李淵). 소우(蕭瑀), 시문(時文)
